Alessandro Demarchi

Co-Founder of TriM s.r.l., he is currently in charge of the Research and Development unit.

PhD in Environment and Territory – Environmental Protection and Management at Polytechnic University of Turin and graduated in Territorial, Urban and Environmental Planning at Polytechnic University of Turin (Italy).

Alessandro has more than five years of work experience as Geographic Information System (GIS) specialist with a special focus on Science Communication and Divulgation, Spatial Analysis and Modelling, Cartographic Production for Emergency and Disaster Risk Management. He has collaborated with international research centres and no-profit organizations and has been involved in the implementation of mapping and web-GIS applications for national and international financed projects.
