In the framework of the project “Renforcement Institutionnel en Mauritanie vers la Résilience Agricole et Pastorale (RIMRAP)”, implemented by Terre Solidali Onlus, the team of TriM experts is supporting the management, visualization and analysis of primary data collected through specific surveys designed by the project partners.
The consultancies have been focused on:
The selection of primary and secondary data needed to analyse flood and drought risk, including climatic characterization, exposure, vulnerability and perception of local communities
Supporting the creation of the capacity for collecting primary data on the field using geo-spatial technologies
The design and implementation of meaningful tools to visualise and analyse the collected information through immediately understandable graphics, tables and maps.
Both static cartographies and interactive web-maps will be used to support the decision making process by providing evidence based solutions analysis.
